Effective date: 29th September, 2025

This Agreement is between Ecommerce Simple LTD (“AdsFactory AI”, “we”, “us”) and you (“Affiliate”). By joining, you agree to:

1. Account & Eligibility

• Must be 18+ with accurate payout details.
• One account per entity (unless approved).
• You’re responsible for security of your account.

2. Commissions

• 30% recurring commission for 12 months from first paid subscription.
• 30-day approval delay for refunds/fraud checks.
• Payouts once balance ≥ $50.
• Refunded/chargebacked transactions void commissions.

3. Attribution

• Default: 60-day cookie (last-click).
• Manual credit possible with proof.
• ❌ Self-referrals not eligible.
